Welcome to Sanjog Matrimony. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1 Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.
- You must be a resident of a country where our services are legally permitted.
- You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our Services.
- Your registration and your use of the Services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
2 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. WhatsApp Communication Consent
Detailed consent regarding instant messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting into our services, you explicitly consent to receive communications from Sanjog Matrimony via WhatsApp. These communications may include:
- check_circle Account verification codes (OTP)
- check_circle Service updates and alerts
- check_circle Subscription renewal reminders
- check_circle Customer support responses
You may opt-out of receiving WhatsApp messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us, or by contacting our support team. Standard messaging rates may apply.
4 Membership Plans
Sanjog Matrimony offers various subscription plans. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sanjog Matrimony, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Important Note:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
